Mark and Carrie Schnepf have turned their original farmhouse into a unique setting for weddings & events. It's a one of a kind beautiful country home in the middle of their 300 acre farm. Here you will find experiences you will not find anywhere else; outdoor weddings & receptions, a beautiful Bridal Dressing Suite, bridemaids dressing room, a groomsmen private room, beautiful locations for photographs, unique locations for rehearsal dinners (down the middle of a peach orchard) lush country landscaping, brick walkways, large area for tent location, dancing, indoor reception with fireplace in case of poor weather. (Venue can accommodate 250 guests max)

$2600.00 Sun thru Thurs

plus tax & service charge *Each additional 10 guests +$100.00

Does not include catering. Alcohol packages begin at $9 per person

The rental fee: $1800.00 + tax + 10% of overall service fee
