Festival Pumpkin Picking (This is NOT a structured field trip) SOLD OUT
No minimum number for participants

Enjoying the farm during Arizona's BEST Fall Festival

Enjoy all the activities associated with the Pumpkin & Chili Party

Enjoy a self guided visit to the Schnepf Farms Historical Museum

Farm animals, unlimited rides (train, roller coaster and more), pig races, frisbee dog show

Reserved picnic table seating, you may also bring your own lunch

Picking a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch for each child
Admission: $9.00per child ...5 parents are free for groups of 25 or more. All teachers are free Siblings are not allowed on this field trip due to the limited amount of space for regular students.
Time: Schools may arrive as early as 9:30am and no later than 11am Departure time any time before 3pm

Vegetable Picking Field Trip
This tour requires at least 30 people and includes:

Learning where their food comes from
-
greeted by a tour leader
-
A guided hay ride telling the history of the farm (established in 1941)
-
Visiting the animals and learning how important they are at the petting barn
-
re-emphasizing the importance of good bugs, vegetables that are grown on top of the ground vs underneath, irrigation, the important things you need to have if you were going to become a vegetable farmer - The children also get to spend time picking vegetables to take home
Admission: $6.00pp All Teachers free 5 parents free for schools with groups of 35 or more, siblings & additional parents volunteers will be charged the same price
Time: The tour will last 1 1/2 hours. Arrival time is 10am (we can schedule earlier if needed) . There are plenty of tables to enjoy your lunches and a fun play yard.
